Those who see and who have experienced the saturated healthcare system not allowing them to get timely access to their doctor.  Current primary care doctors have 2-3K patients in their panel.  This is too many and cannot achieve proper quality of care. Visits are also rushed in the current system and not enough time given to go over treatment plans properly in a collaborative fashion between doctor and patient
   
3. Those who want a more comprehensive diagnostic screening approach to preventive care (to include heart, liver, kidney, cancer screening, and MORE) , definitely more than what is currently offered and covered by standard insurance companies
